A dog named Nicy has gone missing in Seminole Heights, according to Rose Green, who recently contacted Patch to see if anyone had spotted her.
Nicy's owner is Green's nephew, who lives on 18th Street and Idlewild Avenue in Seminole Heights, Green said.
