Person Of Interest Sought In Tampa Man’s Murder
A sketch has been released of a person of interest in the death of Dontae Lampkins, 25.

TAMPA, FL — The Tampa Police Department has released a sketch of a person of interest in connection with the murder of Dontae Lampkins, 25. Lampkins’ body was found in a Seminole Heights area alley on Jan. 26. Police say Lampkins died from upper body trauma.
The sketch released on Friday “was developed from descriptions provided by witnesses in the area,” an email from the police department said. “This subject may have been at or near the location at the time of the murder, possibly on a bicycle.”
Detectives say they would like to speak to the man to see if he may have details that will help lead them to the person responsible for Lampkins’ death.

Anyone who may have information about the identity of the person in the sketch or in regard to Lampkins’ death is asked to call the police department at 813-231-6130.
