1 Man Dies Following Rollover Crash On Courtney Campbell Causeway

Tampa police said the crash occurred at 3:14. The driver was thrown from the SUV and was pronounced dead at the scene.

TAMPA, FL — The eastbound State Road 60 ramp from Courtney Campbell Causeway was closed early Thursday morning following a single-vehicle fatal crash.

At 3:14 a.m., Tampa police responded to the scene and found a 2001 Ford Explorer that had rolled over. The driver was flown the sports utility vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

All lanes of Courtney Campbell Causeway have reopened.
