8 55-Gallon Drums Of Petroleum Illegally Dumped In Port Sutton
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection is seeking the person who dumped eight 55-gallon drums on a county right of way.

TAMPA, FL — The Florida Department of Environmental Protection is looking for the person responsible for dumping eight 55-gallon drums of petroleum on the county right of way in Port Sutton.
On Aug. 26 between 12:58 p.m. and 1:03 p.m., someone illegally dumped eight black metal 55-gallon drums of a petroleum product on Port Sutton Road off U.S. 41 in Tampa, according to the DEP.
Surveillance video showed an older-model four-door black or dark blue sports utility vehicle, possibly a Jeep Grand Cherokee, towing an open trailer in the area at the time the drums were dumped.

Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of the illegal dumper.
Anyone with information who wants to be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477) or report anonymously online.
