Barricaded Armed Suspect In Custody In Tampa: Hillsborough Sheriff
A barricaded armed suspect is in custody in the Tampa area, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.

TAMPA, FL — An armed suspect who barricaded themself in the 2300 block of Campus Club Court is in custody after a Wednesday morning standoff, Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister wrote in a Facebook post just after noon.
The incident happened not far from the University of South Florida.
Photos from the scene shared by Chronister on social media show at least one person being taken away by ambulance.
