Bayshore Boulevard Now Open, Debris Cleared From Roadway
The debris was washed onto Bayshore Boulevard yesterday during Tropical Storm Andrea.
Update, 3:00 p.m.:
Both lanes of Bayshore Boulevard are now back open to traffic, Tampa Police said in an email to Patch.
There is no estimate as to when the Northbound lanes may reopen.

South Tampa residents and those who use Bayshore Boulevard to commute to work are in for another morning of delays.

"Traffic backing up on Bayshore at Howard," the Tampa Police Department said via Twitter.
The road is closed in both directions from Howard Avenue to Platt Street while crews work to remove debris from the road. The debris was washed onto Bayshore Boulevard yesterday during Tropical Storm Andrea.
TPD has some advice for driver this morning: "Avoid Bayshore Blvd or you may be late to work."
