Here are the top five stories today in Tampa:
1. Tampa Police say a woman stole a car with an 11-month-old child still inside. They identified the vehicle as a 2011 black Kia Optima 4-door and say the incident near the intersection of North Armenia Avenue and Siesta Court in Tampa. The child was reunited with their mother and did not suffer any injuries. (WFLA)
2. Rapper Nelly and EDM duo The Chainsmokers are among the headliners for the "Blended" festival happening in downtown Tampa this fall on November 19-20 at Perry Harvey Sr. Park. Guests at the festival can also enjoy local food, a wellness center and VIP options. (Creative Loafing Tampa)
3. Hillsborough County deputies are searching for two men believed to be connected to car burglaries at two local gym parking lots at Crunch Fitness and Esporta Fitness in Brandon. Anyone who has information about the burglaries is asked to call the sheriff's office at 813-247-8200. (WFLA)
4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Chris Godwin returned for to practice Friday for the first time this preseason since he tore his ACL last year. Godwin was limited to individual, non-contact drills, but practiced in full pads with the rest of the team. (ABC Action News)
5. Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen is opening a South Tampa location with a drive-thru at 402 South Dale Mabry Highway on September 1. The first 100 guests in line on Grand Opening Day will receive one Bolay Regular Bol once a month over the course of 12 months through the BolayGo App. (That's So Tampa)

- A deadly fire is under investigation in Pasco County, fire rescue said on Friday. Firefighters found one dead adult inside a mobile home in the 13000 block of Clermont Street in Bayonet Point around 4:30 a.m. (ABC Action News)
- Carnival cruise ship, Paradise, returned to Tampa on Thursday after rescuing two dozen migrants from Cuba at sea on a leaking boat. The ship's crew provided food, water and medical assistance to the people who were on the small boat. They are now in the custody of the U.S. Coast Guard. (WFLA)
- Uber Charter has launched in Tampa. It allows Uber riders to book larger vehicles, including vans, minibuses, and coaches using the app. (St. Pete Catalyst)
