TAMPA, FL — Breeze Airways announced Thursday the offering of its first-ever international destination.

The airline will start offering nonstop flights from Tampa International Airport to Montego Bay, Jamaica early next year, according to a news release from the airport.

The seasonal route to Sangster International Airport in Jamaica will launch Feb. 11. This will be the 30th destination Breeze offers from TPA.

While the route is still pending final government approvals, the initial schedule has it operating on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Flights are available for sale on Breeze's website with special introductory fares available as low as $99 each way.

Breeze now operates more than 300 year-round and seasonal routes to over 80 cities in the United States and abroad.

The airline offers its travelers a range of amenities, including its first-class-style Ascent premium section, free family seating, onboard WiFi, preferred seat options, and no change and cancel fees.
