1. The Tampa Bay Bucs were crushed by the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday in a 35-7 loss. San Francisco won its sixth straight game. San Francisco's QB Brock Purdy threw two touchdown passes and ran for another score in his first career start, while Tampa's Tom Brady struggled. (WFLA)

2. Shortwave Coffee, a Missouri-based specialty coffee roaster, is now in soft opening at Sparkman Wharf in Water Street Tampa. It is located at 615 Channelside Drive. The cafe is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. during its soft opening. (Creative Loafing Tampa)

3. An investigation is underway by Tampa police after a homicide in the area of 11th Street North and Linebaugh Avenue East on Sunday. Authorities say they found a man laying on the road with multiple gunshot wounds, who then died while being transported to the hospital. (ABC Action News)

4. Hillsborough County's Hiking with a Viking is now offering slots for January through March. The event has rangers and costumed marauders lead hikers through a Hillsborough County conservation park. It is held in partnership with Hillsborough County's Hiking Spree. (Tampa Patch)

5. A Polk County firefighter was arrested Friday for allegedly falsifying his time card, according to authorities. Police say the worker was paid $1,265.04 for shifts he did not work. The incidents allegedly happened on Sept. 13, Oct. 22, and Nov. 21. (WTSP)
