Chronic 'Booster' Caught With $2,500 Worth Of Stolen Goods
The sheriff's office made the mall shoplifting arrests after a two-week surveillance operation.

Hillsborough County Sheriff deputies have arrested a woman they say participated in an organized retail theft operation that hit area malls including WestShore Plaza.
The woman, Toccara Huff, 31, has been charged with felony theft related to shoplifting.
Huff was observed attempting to sell more than $2,500 worth of stolen merchandise, which was recovered during a traffic stop. At that stop, Huff had in her possession stolen merchandise from 17 different stores in International Plaza, WestShore Plaza and Westfield Citrus Park mall.
Huff, who lives at 3611 Paris St., Tampa, used anti-theft detection removal equipment along with distraction accomplices, according to the sheriff's office. Huff would then resell the property at numerous hair salons in Hillsborough County.
This is not Huff's first brush with the law. She has previously been arrested for grand theft related to retail theft and has felony convictions for retail theft and violent offenses.
