Customer Fatally Shot By Employee At Tampa 7-Eleven: Report

TAMPA, FL — An employee at a Tampa 7-Eleven fatally shot a customer during an argument on Monday evening, Fox 13 reported.

Officers responded to a call about the shooting at the Nebraska Avenue store around 6:15 p.m., Tampa police said in a news release.

They found a man, a customer at the store, with a gunshot wound. He was brought to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

Investigators learned that the shooting happened during an argument between the employee and the customer.

The employee is cooperating with the investigation, police said.
