Missing Swimmer Identified By Authorities
Tampa Police say a search for a missing swimmer will resume Sunday morning.

TAMPA, FL — The Tampa Police Department says the search for a swimmer who went missing from the water off Cypress Point Park Saturday afternoon has been called off for the night. Efforts to find Robert A. Lucas will resume again Sunday morning.
According to the agency, Lucas, 36, was reported missing from the water at the 5620 Cypress St. beach around 3 p.m. July 1. Police say Lucas went to the beach with his family, "and at one point they saw him swimming in the water." He hasn't been seen since.
