Downtown Tampa Dishcrawl Set for Wednesday, May 22

Organizers of the Tampa Dishcrawls are now setting their sights on downtown Tampa.

During the popular Dishcrawls, food lovers are invited to spend an evening enjoying gourmet dishes at participating restaurants and meet the chefs and owners behind the offerings.

The next Dishcrawl will take place Wednesday, May 22, from 6:45 to 9:30 p.m., and will feature the signature dishes of restaurants in Tampa's central business district, home to an eclectic array of restaurants with tastes of everything from Spanish and Italian to French and Indian foods.

To make it more exciting, Dishcrawl is keeping the names of the restaurants secret, but will provide tips to followers of Twitter @DishcrawlTpa.

Foodies are urged to make reservations as soon as possible by visiting the website. All ticket holders will be notified of the meeting location via email 48 hours prior to the event.
