'Dram Jam' Tasting Coming April 23 To Tampa's Dark Door Spirits

The tasting event will feature over 10 distilleries and raise money for K9s For Warriors.

TAMPA, FL. - The public is invited to join Whiskey Culture at Dark Door Spirits for "Dram Jam" this Saturday, April 23rd from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. for a day of great spirits, delicious food, and live entertainment, all while supporting veterans. Dark Door Spirits is located at 6608 Anderson Rd., Tampa, FL 33634 in Tampa's Town 'n' Country neighborhood.

Whiskey Culture is "all about whiskey, and the culture behind those who craft and enjoy it. By whiskey lovers, for whiskey lovers."

Tickets are available on Eventbrite start at $10 for a tasting only pass and includes tastings and souvenir glass. General Admission costs $25 and includes a Whiskey Culture Glencairn glass, food truck ticket, tasting from 10 distilleries, and access to silent auction. VIP tickets are $59.99 and include 3 Cocktail Tokens, Premium VIP Tasting Pours, and VIP Only Bar, VIP Lounge Section Access, and Whiskey Influencer Meet & Greet.

Proceeds from the gathering will benefit K9s For Warriors. K9s For Warriors provides "highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma." With the majority of dogs coming from high-kill rescue shelters, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build a bond that facilitates collective healing and recovery.

Participating distilleries include Garrison Bros, Angel's Envy, WhistlePig, Old Elk, Highland Park, Nine Banded Whiskey, Dark Door Spirits, St. Petersburg Distillery, Laws Whiskey House, Preez Distillery, Manifest Distillery, Tampa Bay Rum Company, Tarpon Springs Distillery, and Kozuba & Sons.
