Here are the top stories in Tampa today:
1. Today is Election Day in Hillsborough County and across the nation. Polls will open today for the final day of voting at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. local time. Democrats and Republicans are battling for control of local offices and those across the state. A number of other officials including judges, and measures are on the ballot as well. (Tampa Patch)
2. A state of emergency has been declared in Florida for 34 counties in the path of Subtropical Storm Nicole, including Hillsborough County. Floridians throughout the state, regardless of the cone, are asked to prepare for potential rain, winds, rip currents, flooding, and more. (WFLA)
3. The Florida Department of Health in Hillsborough County is giving out free naloxone nasal spray kits to people at risk of experiencing an overdose in an effort to prevent overdose deaths. Naloxone is a medication that is intended to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. Kits are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the county. (Tampa Patch)
4. Superstar Taylor Swift is coming to Tampa's Raymond James Stadium for two dates in "The Eras Tour" on April 14 and April 15 of 2023, after adding a second date. Tickets start at $45. Pre-sale tickets begin on Nov. 15 with fans getting first dibs. (Creative Loafing Tampa)
5. Jamison B. Breadhouse will open a new grab and go shop on Nov. 10 and Nov. 11 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1806 1/2 N. Nebraska Ave. The bakery concept is owned by Blue and Jason Laukhuf and became quite popular during the pandemic. (That's So Tampa)

- City of Clearwater shared: "The Fall Festival at the Ross Norton Recreation & Aquatic Complex is Tuesday, Nov. 22 from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. This fun, family-friendly event will have music, bounce houses, food and plenty of games for all-ages." (Twitter)
