Tampa Fire Rescue crews responded to a fire at a vacant house in the 8000 block of North 13th Street in Tampa at 4:50 a.m. Tuesday.

TAMPA, FL — Tampa Fire Rescue crews responded to a fire at a vacant house in the 8000 block of North 13th Street in Tampa at 4:50 a.m. Tuesday.

Crews arrived to find a single-story home 75 percent involved with heavy flames shooting through the roof.

Firefighters began with an attack on the blaze inside the home, but then evacuated the interior battle due to dangerous conditions.

The fire was under control within 30 minutes.

There was no one inside the home at the time. The fire is under investigation.
