Gunfire At Adventure Island Under Investigation
Tampa Police say an Uber driver pulled out a gun at Adventure Island Sunday afternoon to defend himself.

TAMPA, FL — The Tampa Police Department is investigating a Sunday afternoon fight at Adventure Island that resulted in an Uber driver’s gun going off.
According to police, Julian Leon III, 29, went to the park just before 5 p.m. June 25 to pick up two potential passengers, Austin Korb, 23, and Skylar Korb, 27. Leon, an email from the police department said, refused to transport the two because they were wet and not allowed in the Uber vehicle.
A dispute between the three broke out, which turned into a physical fight, the email said.
