TAMPA, FL - Hillsborough County firefighters rescued a dog from an apartment fire Tuesday morning in the 8800 block of Beacon Isles Drive in Tampa. During a search of the building, firefighters pulled a dog from one of the apartments. The dog is not injured and listed in good health.Firefighters received a 911 call of a reported apartment fire about 8:12 a.m. When firefighters arrived, they reported smoke and fire coming from a first floor apartment. Two apartments were damaged in the fire. Firefighters took approximately 30 minutes to bring the fire under control, and there were no injuries reported.
