Katy Perry Announces Tampa Tour Stop
Katy Perry is making a stop in Tampa later this year. Tickets go on sale soon.

TAMPA, FL — Katy Perry fans who want to hear the singer live will get their chance soon. Perry has announced that her upcoming Witness tour is making a Tampa stop on Dec. 15. Fans who buy tickets will also receive a pre-order of “Witness," the album, which is set to release on June 9.
Tickets for Perry’s Dec. 15 stop at Tampa’s Amalie Arena go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday, May 22, according to arena officials.
“Witness,” arena official say, is Perry’s musical reflection on “the changes in her own life and in the world around her.” The album is expected to contain tracks that both inspire and challenge listeners. Singles released so far include “Chained to the Rhythm,” which features Skip Marley, and “Bon Appetit,” which features Migos.

The North American leg of the Witness Tour kicks off Sept. 7 in Columbus, Ohio. The Tampa show is set for Dec. 15. General public ticket sales start on May 22 with prices ranging from $45.75 to $195.75. They’ll be available at the arena’s McDonald’s Ticket Office and Ticketmaster outlets. Prices do not include parking or facility fees. Advanced parking passes can be purchase via Ticketmaster or the arena’s box office.

Fans who which to take advantage of pre-sale opportunities need to register via KatyPerry.com. Pre-sale powered through Ticketmaster will run from 9 a.m. to noon on May 18. Fan registration is open until 10 p.m. May 16. Citi cardmembers will also enjoy pre-sale opportunities starting at noon on May 18 and ending at 10 p.m. May 20.
