TAMPA, FL — Traffic was backed up Friday morning on North Nebraska Avenue after a semi-tractor trailer truck struck a concrete light pole, sending it toppling across Nebraska Avenue. According to Tampa police, at 6:53 a.m., the truck was heading east on East Floribraska Avenue and turned south onto North Nebraska Avenue where it struck the concrete light pole. The driver of the truck continued on without stopping.
