Manhunt On For Tampa Murder Suspect

A second-degree murder warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 26-year-old man in connection with a Tuesday homicide in Tampa.

TAMPA, FL — The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a 26-year-old man wanted on a second-degree murder arrest warrant. According to the agency, Kadeem Dareem Archibald has been connected with the Tuesday death of Khando Kerr, 38.

The investigation into Kerr's death began after deputies were called to a home in the 1500 block of 128th Avenue East around 9:21 p.m. May 16. When they arrived, they found Kerr suffering from upper body trauma, an email from the agency said. He died from the injuries, the agency noted.

Authorities have not released how Archibald was connected with the crime.

Deputies say Archibald stands about 5-foot-11 and weighs about 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and reportedly speaks with an accent. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, gray jeans and black-and-white sneakers.
