Marina Pointe Development In Tampa Reaches 2 Key Milestones
Marina Pointe Tower One is nearly sold out and Tower 2 reservations are converting to contracts.
TAMPA, FL — Marina Pointe condominium development in Tampa announced it has closed 98 percent of the condos in Tower One.
Following strong demand for the luxury waterfront condos in Tower One, Fort Lauderdale-based developer BTI Partners is moving full steam ahead with the second phase. Reservations for Tower Two have just been converted to contracts, marking an important milestone in the development process.
“With Marina Pointe’s Tower One almost sold out and Tower Two’s reservations becoming contracts, we can see how Tampa has transformed to become one of the country’s most sought-after luxury residential markets,” said BTI Partners CEO Noah Breakstone.

“Marina Pointe is the embodiment of Tampa’s waterfront lifestyle, and that’s what is attracting our owners to the Westshore Marina District," Breakstone said. "Inspired by the beauty of the bay, Marina Pointe’s contemporary design will remind owners every day how fortunate they are to live on the water in the majestic Tampa-St. Pete area of Florida.”
Marina Pointe is the heart of Westshore Marina District, South Tampa’s 52-acre walkable community along Tampa Bay. The award-winning district invites residents to stroll along waterfront trails with unobstructed views of the marina.

Designed to offer a new quality of life, the Marina Pointe experience features access to a comprehensive array of amenities within the district, including specialty shops, waterfront restaurants, 1.5 miles of urban trails and parks lined with public art, outdoor lifestyle programming, access to watersports, and the new, private deep-water marina.
Located off Westshore and Gandy boulevards on Old Tampa Bay, Marina Pointe offers views of Tampa Bay and the St. Petersburg skyline. Tower One features 113 luxury condominiums and seven Harbor Homes, and Tower Two will bring 157 luxury condos ranging from 1,400 square feet to 4,000 square feet. The Tower Two residences range from the high $700,000s to over $4 million.
Amenities include a private 150-slip full-service marina, 24-hour concierge, fitness center, resort-style pools, a resident club with an entertainment room and a virtual golf simulator.
Marina Pointe’s owners can also dock their yachts at the private marina on a 13-acre deep-water basin. With floating docks, the marina can accommodate vessels from 40 feet in length to 90 feet. While most public and private marinas in Florida have a waiting list, Marina Pointe owners can dock their yachts in their privately owned boat slip on their doorsteps.
”The private marina for owners to dock their boats has been a major selling point for the condos,” said Dominic Pickering, executive director of the West Coast of Florida for BTI Partners.“Many of the new owners had been unable to find boat slips elsewhere in the Tampa area, so they jumped at the chance to have their own boat slip, and in some cases, even be able to see their boats from their living rooms.”
The Tower One condo residences range from 1,200 square feet to penthouses over 2,000 square feet and offer a variety of floor plans, ranging from one to four bedrooms. The condos are designed for owners looking for a primary residence that offers a vacation lifestyle, or a luxury vacation home, where they can enjoy the quality of life that Florida has to offer.
The Marina Pointe towers are within walking distance of Marina Landings, the district’s retail town center. BTI Partners has carefully selected its roster of tenants, curating a variety of lifestyle-centric options to foster the area’s live-work-play environment.
Retail tenants include Buzzed Bull Creamery, DRNK coffee + tea and QWENCH juice bar, Duckweed Urban Market, Sand Surf Co., Crave Spa, Vela Italian Tavern, Rock It Cycle and Chuck Lager America’s Tavern.
