Two men are in custody after they tried to steal a car near Bayshore Blvd. in South Tampa, according to the Tampa Police Department. The men were trying to steal a car near Partriot Park this morning when officers in the area spotted them trying to break in to the vehicle. The men then fled in their own vehicle, police say.   Tampa Police set up a perimeter around Bayshore Blvd. and Rome Ave. and took the suspects into custody a short time later.
