Person Fatally Shot At Blue Lounge Nightclub In Carrollwood

TAMPA, FL — One person is dead following a shooting early Sunday morning at the Blue Lounge nightclub, 4203 W. Waters Ave., west of Dale Mabry Highway.

According to the Hillsborough County sheriff, shots rang out in the club shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday following a dispute between two people.

“Our detectives are currently working to determine the events that led up to this deadly shooting,” Sheriff Chad Chronister said. “I am urging anyone with information to contact us immediately at 813-247-8200.”
