A few weeks after a thief drank liquor, <a href="https://southtampa.patch.com/groups/police-and-fire/p/thief-drinks-liquor-eats-before-stealing-flat-screen-tv-from-bar" rel="nofollow">ate and stole a flat screen TV from Gaspar's Grotto in Ybor City</a>, another incident has been reported at the business. Around 3:30 a.m. on Friday, July 26, Tampa Police Department officers responded to an active alarm call, according to a report from the department. Officers spotted two liquor bottles on a stool outside one of the patio bars, the report said. A surveillance video showed someone removing three bottles of liquor from the patio bar, the report said. One bottle of liquor appeared to have been stolen, the report said, before the alarm scared off the suspect. According to the report, there have been "several other liquor bottle thefts" recently at the business, 1805 E. 7th Avenue in Ybor City.

The incident was reported to the Tampa Police Department.
