TAMPA, FL — The U.S. Coast Guard, and Tampa and Clearwater Police marine units are looking for a man in waters off the Courtney Campbell Causeway Friday evening.  According to Tampa Police, a man and his fiancée were in a rental boat just off the Courtney Campbell around 3 p.m. when the boat hit a sandbar. The man jumped off to push the boat, but went underwater.      "The boat drifted as he attempted to remain afloat, resurfacing twice," an email from police said.
