Possible Abduction Victim Alive And Well, Police Say
Tampa Police have released more details about reports of a possible abduction on Monday afternoon.

TAMPA, FL — Tampa Police detectives tasked with investigating a possible Monday afternoon abduction in the area of North Armenia Avenue have tracked down the woman involved. According to authorities, she has been seen “alive and well.”
The investigation into the possible abduction kicked off just before 5 p.m. June 19 when police received reports about a man grabbing, hitting and then forcing a woman into the back of a black Ford Fusion. The incident occurred in the area of North Armenia Avenue and West Main Street. On Tuesday, police released information about the suspect and victim in the case, asking residents for help tracking down the parties involved.

Detectives have identified all people involved in the incident, the agency reported in an email to media on Wednesday. “Since originally reported, the female has been seen alive and well by witnesses, confirmed by Tampa Police,” the agency’s email said.
The woman and man involved have not been identified by authorities. Police say “none of the parties involved in this reported incident are willing to speak with” detectives.

Authorities say no charges are currently pending against anyone involved in the incident at this time. Further information is not being released.
