TAMPA, FL — The largest waterfront property on Davis Islands to hit the market in decades has just sold for a record-breaking $17.85 million.
This sale is the highest in the area since former MLB player Derek Jeter's home sold for $22.5 million in 2021.
Reminiscent of an estate home found in the English countryside, this home at 42 Ladoga Ave., Tampa, was built on three lots that combine to form a 1.45-acre estate. The property boasts over 450 feet of water frontage, and features a boathouse, three docks and two water lifts, providing easy access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
