Residents in neighborhoods around the SoHo area of South Tampa are raising concerns over traffic that could be caused by a proposed apartment complex in the area.
SoHo Flats is a proposed development that would include 212 apartments, shops, offices and a garage, according to an article on Tampabay.com.
The project would be located on South Howard Avenue, just north of West Morrison Avenue.
