Possible Sexual Battery At USF Under Investigation
University of South Florida Police are investigating an alleged sexual battery reported following an on-campus party.

TAMPA, FL — The University of South Florida Police Department is investigating an early Saturday morning sexual battery that was reported on campus.
According to the agency, police were notified of the possible attack around 1 p.m. July 29. Investigators were told the battery occurred between 1 and 3:30 a.m. in Greek Village Building J.
Police say the victim and suspect both attended a party in the building. No injuries were reported.

Police have not identified the suspect in the case. No charges have been announced at this time.
