Sunny, Mild Conditions in Tampa Bay Area’s Workweek Forecast
The Tampa Bay area is in for another few days of mild weather, but rain isn't entirely out of the question as the week progresses.

TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay area residents who’ve been hoping the weekend’s weather would stick around a little longer are in luck. Sunny and mild conditions are forecast for the start of the week, but rain chances aren’t entirely off the table either.
According to the National Weather Service, Monday is anticipated to deliver sunny conditions throughout the day. The high temperature in much of the region is expected to reach the mid-80s. A clear night is in the forecast with a low around 65 degrees expected.
Tuesday is expected to be a near repeat of Monday, according to the weather service. Sunny skies and a high in the mid-80s are forecast. The Weather Channel reports a 10 percent chance for showers in some parts of the region. Partly cloudy skies and a low in the mid- to upper-60s are expected in the overnight hours.

Mostly sunny conditions are anticipated to kick off Wednesday when the day’s high should climb into the upper 80s. There’s a 20 percent chance of rain in some parts of the region, but mild overnight conditions are anticipated with partly cloudy skies and low in the mid-60s.
Thursday is expected to bring slightly cooler conditions with a high only forecast to reach the low 80s, according to the weather service. A 10 percent chance of showers is in the cards. Partly cloudy skies are expected in the overnight hours with a low in the mid-60s.

Friday brings the week’s biggest chance for rain, according to weather channel forecasters. There’s a 50 percent chance of rain in the morning hours in some parts of the region. The day’s high is expected to only reach the low 80s. Partly cloudy skies are anticipated in the nighttime hours with a low around 62 degrees.
While organized severe weather isn’t in the forecast for the workweek, the weather service does warn wind speeds on offshore Gulf waters could reach caution levels. Boaters are urged to take care on local waters.
