Tampa House Fire Takes Deadly Turn
An adult male was found dead after a Wednesday morning fire in Tampa.

TAMPA, FL — A fire at a home on North 16th Street took a deadly turn Wednesday morning. According to Tampa Fire Rescue, crews found an adult male dead inside the single-story wood frame house as they were working to put out the flames.
The fire was reported in the 2900 block of North 16th Street around 10:20 a.m. Nov. 9, according to fire rescue. The first firefighters on scene found heavy smoke and flames coming from the north side of the home and “immediately entered the hoe and began putting water on the fire while others did a search of the home,” an email from the agency said.
Those searching found the man deceased, the email noted.

The Arson Task Force is now investigating the cause of the blaze. The man’s name has not yet been released.
Authorities are not releasing further information at this time.
