Tampa Man Injured In Hit And Run
The victim was crossing Howard Avenue when officials say a person driving an Acura hit him and fled the scene.

A Tampa man was critically injured after being involved in a hit and run accident on early Sunday morning, according to Tampa Police.
The victim has been identified as Vincent A. Lanci, 21. Lanci was crossing Howard Avenue just south of North A. Street when he was hit by the vehicle and critically injured, according to a media release issued by Tampa Police.
The suspect vehicle was last seen going north on Howard Avenue near I-275. The car is described as a late model grey or silver 4-door Acura RL.

The cars right side mirror is missing, according to the release.
Lanci remains in critical condition at Tampa General Hospital. Anyone with information about this crash is urged to call the Tampa Police Department at 813 231-6130.
