NEIGHBORHOOD SHOOTING: Pasco County Sheriff's deputies investigated a shooting death in Holiday in which one neighbor shot another to death in his front yard in broad daylight. The victim was identified as Edward Tudor, 37, according to the sheriff's office. Nocco said Tudor was shot in his front yard and managed to yell to a neighbor to call 911 before dying from his gunshot wounds. GUN HOAX: Hillsborough County sheriff's deputies and school security determined there was no gun on the Durant High School campus Thursday morning after student lied about seeing a weapon. The 16-year-old student was arrested and charged with disruption of a school function, false statement and obstruction. WRONG GUY: Orlando attorney James "Skip" Fowler was blissfully asleep in his room at the Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort when a parking valet mistakenly handed over the keys to his $300,000 Ferrari to the wrong guy. TEACHER ARREST: A 43-year-old teacher from Palm Harbor was arrested for sexual battery on a 16-year-old for incidents occurring in 2009. TOYS R US CLOSING: Toys R Us is planning to close 182 stores across the country so it can emerge from bankruptcy protection.
