- ⚖️ The trial against Gov. Ron DeSantis by suspended State Attorney Andrew Warren continued Wednesday with testimony that Republican operatives, including Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister, were allegedly pivotal in the effort to oust the elected state attorney from office.
- 📰 Tampa entrepreneur Scott Conlon, CEO and co-founder of MyArea Network, has died at age 41.
- 🚓 Former Bucs WR Antonio Brown has a warrant out for his arrest by police for alleged domestic violence allegations.

1. Tampa entrepreneur Scott Conlon, CEO and co-founder of MyArea Network, died unexpectedly on Nov. 14. Conlon was 41 years old. Linda Oldson, CEO of Tampa Bay Wave, told the Business Observer, "He was the definition of persistence and tenacity — the exact qualities you see in successful founders." (Business Observer)

2. Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown is wanted by police for his arrest on an alleged battery charge, according to the Tampa Police Department. Police said Brown threw a shoe at the woman and attempted to "evict" her by locking her out of the home. Brown is best known for his abrupt departure from the Bucs in the middle of an NFL football game last year. (WTSP)
3. A St. Petersburg man stands accused of making threats against the Pinellas County Tax Collector’s Office. According to police, the accused man posted on social media, "I'm loading all of my weapons right now, very quietly" because the man did not want to pay taxes. The accused man is charged with written threats to commit terrorism. (WFLA)
4. Larry Keefe, the public safety czar to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, testified on Wednesday that Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister, a Republican, was allegedly pivotal in providing information on Warren to DeSantis that the governor then utilized to terminate elected Hillsborough County State Attorney Andrew Warren of the Democratic Party. The government official confirmed under oath that Republican officials and campaign supporters were significant in the governor's effort to fire the state attorney from office. (Fox 13 Tampa)
5. Hillsborough County is offering a health plan to help county residents who cannot qualify for Medicaid or access other health care benefits and needs more enrollees. Florida is one of the few states that has elected not to offer expanded Medicaid for residents. The goal of the Hillsborough plan is to help people in socio-economic crisis to get healthy and stay healthy. (WUSF)
