Tropical Depression Forms In Central Atlantic

Tropical Depression 19 does not pose a threat to land.

A new tropical depression has formed in the central Atlantic and it is located about 900 miles east of Bermuda. Tropical Depression 19 does not pose a threat to land.

The National Hurricane Center says tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next five days. The storm has sustained winds of 35 mph.

The tropical depression is moving east at about 6 mph with a turn to the north expected.
