TSA to Host 2016 Tampa Drive, Chip and Putt Qualifying Round
The national competition's qualifying round will take place at Rogers Park.

Tampa, FL – There’s an old golf adage that says, “Drive for show, putt for dough.” However, young golfers in the area will need to do both as part of the Drive, Chip and Putt Championship qualification round this weekend.
The Tampa Sports Authority will host a local qualifier on Saturday, July 9 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. at Rogers Park Golf Course, 7911 N. Willie Black Dr. in Tampa.
The Drive, Chip and Putt Championship, now in its fourth year, looks to help younger generations begin a lifelong connection with golf by providing a fun, interactive platform for participants of all skill levels. This free program is open to boys and girls ages 7 to 15 to participate in separate divisions in four age categories.
