ST. PETERSBURG, FL — The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a hit-and-run crash that sent a 13-year-old girl to the hospital Thursday morning.
According to the agency, a Toyota Tacoma was exiting a driveway in the 5700 block of 28th Street North around 8:17 a.m. Dec. 1. At that time, a bicycle ridden by Julianna Minnick, 13, was heading north on the west sidewalk.
