Woman Killed After Durango Plummets 70 Feet
A 34-year-old St. Petersburg woman is dead and a Clearwater woman injured following a Sunday night crash on I-275.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A single-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 275 has left a St. Petersburg woman dead and her passenger, a Clearwater woman, seriously injured.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Aishia Musgrove, 34, of St. Petersburg was driving a Dodge Durango south on I-275 around 5:33 p.m. Nov. 13. As Musgrove traveled the exit ramp to eastbound Interstate 175, she lost control of the vehicle, left the road and hit a concrete barrier wall.
The Durango went over the barrier wall and fell 70-feet from the overpass to the ground below, a highway patrol report said.

Musgrove, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene, the highway patrol said. Her passenger, Shulita Haskins, 28, of Clearwater was hospitalized with serious injuries, the report noted. Haskins was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, the report noted.
No further information is being released at this time. Troopers say alcohol is not believed to have been a factor in the crash.
