Brooker Creek Expected To Cause Street Flooding This Weekend
Residents of the Tarpon Woods neighborhood are being warned about possible flooded roads as the water level in Brooker Creek rises.

TARPON SPRINGS, FL — Residents of the Tarpon Woods neighborhood are being warned about possible flooded roads as the water level in Brooker Creek rises.
On Thursday, the Brooker Creek water level was 11.2 feet. As a guideline, water levels of 12.7 feet and higher generally indicate extensive street flooding, so residents should be prepared for potentially impassable roads for passenger vehicles, as heavy rainfall continues over the weekend due to Tropical Depression Fred.
Pinellas County Public Works staff will continue to monitor flooding in the area.
