Eco-Bean to Launch Vegan Brunch
The popular coffee shop is expanding and experimenting with new ideas.

On Sunday, December 9 beginning at 10 a.m., Eco-Bean will try out a new bi-weekly event called V.E.G., which is short for Vegan Eatin' Gathering.
Every other Sunday, Gen Suorenej ofΒ GenzendentalΒ Productions will join Eco-Bean owner, Rachel Gause in educating patrons on the benefits of keeping up with a healthy diet.
In a recent email to possible attendees, Suorenej wrote, "more and more these days we hearΒ that what we thought was good for us to eat has actually been the cause of many diseases."
