As locals continue to vote for the official cupcake of Tarpon Springs, we thought we'd try one of the bakery's regularly featured options.
This week's A Taste of Tarpon showcases a "dino-mite" cupcake packed with vanilla, through and through, from the cake to the frosting and the candied, dinosaur topper.
For owner Amber Wardia, Enchanted Oven in Tarpon Springs is more than just a business or a career path.
"This is my passion," Wardia said. "I express my creativity through baking."

Cupcakes, among other baked goodies at the shop, are $2.25 each. There are a variety of flavors offered on a daily basis.Â
