Hiro's a Sushi Sensation

To mix things up, we explored Tarpon Springs in search of a divine sushi joint. Come to find out, Hiro's Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar is the only establishment in the area offering rolls of raw or cooked sea creatures and fresh veggies. 

The restaurant offers a hibachi experience for small or large parties, a full menu of appetizers and entrees as well as a large selection of sushi.

Whether you're into tempura types like the Tampa roll or are a bigger fan of the raw stuff like the spicy tuna roll, Hiro's showcases its expertise with traditional favorites and original creations.

The Tarpon Springs roll is an interesting take on one of the area's delicacies. Spicy octopus is combined in a roll with squid for a one-of-a-kind offering.
