Music on the Beach to Make Waves in Tarpon

The free event starts back up at the end of February.

Music on the Beach will return to Tarpon Springs' Sunset Beach on Thursday, February 28 at 7 p.m. with a performance from Southland.

One Thursday a month, the event will host live music, a fire pit and a concession stand.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own food and drinks from home, but no pets or alcohol will be permitted.

Parking will be available at Tarpon Springs High School. Music lovers will then be able to take a complimentary shuttle to and from the concert.

February through June concerts have been announced and are as follows:

  • February 28- Southland
  • March 21- Straight Up Blues Band
  • April 18- Tarpon Springs High School Jazz Ensemble
  • May 23- De'Leid Parrots
  • June 20- Crystal Beach String Band

The event is free and open to the public. Music is set to begin at 7 p.m.

Music on the Beach is sponsored by the City of Tarpon Springs Recreation Departments and Sun Toyota.
