Heritage Village now has modern technology to help visitors better understand the 21-acre living history museum. Β 

Many of the museums buildings have quick response (QR) codes to provide visitors with information about the history of Pinellas County using their smartphones, according to a media release.

The audio tours focus on the unique architecture of 18 of the 28 historical structures at Heritage Village, according to the Tampa Bay Times.

"Whether it’s the impressive variation of a late Queen Anne style seen in the House of Seven Gables or the Adirondack Rustic style of the Safford Pavilion, visitors can better understand what makes these structures so unique and interesting," according to a media release.
