Mohammed Jasim had a mistrial. The jury could not agree on a unanimous verdict. The 6-member jury must be unanimous to reach a not guilty verdict.
Mr. Jasim was arrested by Pinellas County Sheriff Deputy Roserberg for domestic battery in 2024.

Christine Scott was found guilty by a 6-member jury for trespasss on property other than structure. She was arrested in 2024 by Clearwater Police Department Officer Daniel Braniff.

Shelby Nealy was sentenced to death by a 12-member jury for 1st degree murder convictions. The vote was 11-1. While a guilty or not guilty verdict must be unanimous, a death sentence only requires 8 of the 12 to be in favor of giving the death penalty. Mr. Nealy was arrested in 2019 by Pinellas County Sheriff Officer S. Doherty.

Christopher Gerdes persuaded a jury to unanimously find Claire Eiler negligent in a civil case. Mr. Gerdes won $231,882 in damages. This was an auto negligence case from a 2019 car accident.
