Rodie's a Solid Start to the Day

In our mission to find Tarpon Springs Patch readers favorite brunch establishments in the area, we discovered some uncharted culinary territory like Rodie's Restaurant and Pancake House. 

The popular spot earned quite a few nods from Tarponites in a recent article and is known for its homey appeal and consistently good food.

Although lunch is always an option for patrons, the breakfast menu is a tempting choice with items ranging from belgian waffles to omelets and eggs benedict.

The benedict florentine ($7.19) is comprised of a toasted english muffin topped with fresh spinach, tomato and poached eggs. And don't forget the hollandaise sauce that comes with it.

Guests get a large bang for their buck with hefty portions and side plates big enough to share.
