Wheelchairs 4 Kids to Benefit from 'Jail and Bail'
The local non-profit will be the beneficiary of a fun-filled charity event hosted by Steve and Julie Weintraub of the Gold and Diamond Source.

On April 12, high profile "felons" will take the stand in a Jail and Bail for charity and the funds raised will go directly to Tarpon's own Wheelchairs 4 Kids.
The non-profit's purpose is to enhance the lives of children with physical disabilities by providing wheelchairs, ramps and other mobility equipment.
For the Jail and Bail, "VIP inmates" will be charged with made up crimes like an NFL player using his resources to further his success in a Fantasy Football league or a local business owner impersonating an actor in a television ad.Â

During the Jail and Bail, the accused will meet at Charley's Steak House in Tampa and given prison attire. They will have mug shots taken before appearing in front of "Judge Julie" and "attorney Steve."
The funds going to Wheelchairs 4 Kids will be raised through negotiation of "charges and bail" according to the organization's website.
