The City of Temple Terrace isn't letting the threat of  interrupt its normal operations. Garbage collection is proceeding Monday as usual, said Michael Dunn, the city's public information officer. City offices, including Customer Service, are open. "City officials are continuing to monitor Tropical Storm Isaac," Dunn posted on the <a href="http://templeterrace.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">city's website</a>.
