Fatal Shooting At Gas Station In Temple Terrace Leads To Arrest

A 23-year-old man has been arrested in a shooting at a Temple Terrace gas station Monday that left one person dead.

TEMPLE TERRACE, FL — A 23-year-old man has been arrested in a shooting at a Temple Terrace gas station Monday that left one person dead.

On Friday, with assistance from the U.S. Marshal's Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force, Temple Terrace police arrested Johayward D. Bradshaw in Davie and charged him with first-degree premeditated murder and attempted first-degree murder.

According to Temple Terrace police, around 10 p.m. Monday, police were called to a shooting at the 7-Star gas station at 7749 Temple Terrace Highway where they discovered one person dead and another with life-threatening injuries.

The person with life-threatening injuries was taken to Tampa General Hospital and is now in stable condition.

During the investigation, police said they were able to positively identify Bradshaw as the shooter.
